Fruit Street leverages telehealth, wearable devices, and mobile applications to help pre-diabetic patients lose weight through diet and lifestyle changes. As of 2023, Fruit Street has surpassed more than 44,000 enrollments into its diabetes prevention program.

The Result

Fruit Street is currently delivering its diabetes prevention program to large self-insured employers and health plans who want to reduce their healthcare costs by preventing type 2 diabetes. It received $17 million from more than 300 physicians across the country with the goal to have a social impact on public health using technology.
